Court Reporter Services
Realtime
Real-time is the simultaneous translation of the proceedings from the court reporter’s steno machine to computers.
Real-time connections utilizing RealLegal’s LiveNote®, Summation® Blaze™, Stenograph’s Case CATalyst™ or other software allow attorneys to receive a “live” uncertified transcript directly to their computers from the court reporter, allowing counsel to view, highlight and annotate the real-time transcript.
The real-time transcript can be streamed via a secure line on the internet to off-site computers for viewing by co-counsel, legal staff and experts. This allows all of your team members live access to the proceedings. Secure instant messaging allows private real-time collaboration with off-site associates, with the added advantage of saving time and money.
Both text and video can be streamed real-time over the internet to your team members.
Upon request, a rough draft of the transcript can be provided to counsel after the proceedings. Timestamping is also available upon request.
