Uccelli & Associates will only send licenced certified shorthand reporters to your deposition. Only transcripts of proceedings by licensed court reporters are objection-proof and always admissible in court. Licensed court reporters have passed state approved licensing exams and are regulated by the state.
Remote Depositions
Per SB 1146, signed by Governor Newsom, CCP 2025.310(a) states certified shorthand court reporters “may attend the deposition at a different location than the deponent via remote means.”
